1 Order Confirming

Once your order is completed, You’ll receive an order confirming email from our system. After that, you will receive an email from our staff for double check the measurements, colors, special request. Please reply the email soon when your convenience.

2 Tailoring

Once all information confirmed, the tailors will start tailoring your dress according to your specified requests. Since all dresses are custom made and hand-made, it needs to be tailoring, sewing, embroidering, beading by hand.

3 Cleaning and inspecting

All dress need to be cleaning and inspecting before shipping. Our staff will double check the size and color after checked by tailor.

4 Packing and send to shipping

After strictly inspecting, your dress will be carefully packed in sheer plastic bags and brown bubble bags for send to the specified post office for EMS shipping.

5 EMS shipping (normal order)

Dress will be shipped through EMS. It runs with the post office in you country.

5 UPS/DHL shipping (rush order)

Dress will be shipped through UPS or DHL.

What’s your return policy?

 

If the item you received is unsatisfactory, whatever the reason it is, please contact us first within 3 days upon the receiving the dress. We reserve the right to decline any request 3 days later. We will respond you as soon as possible (usually within 1 business day) .We appreciate your business and we will be happy to provide you with the satisfied solutions.

Please read carefully with the following information before purchase:

We will confirm with buyer of the sizes/color/styles before dress making started, once they are confirmed by buyer and the dress making started then all sales are final.

If I do not like the dress. Can I return it?

Yes! We accept returns (custom sytles excluded) for any reason even if you were not like it based on ordering one dress. Buyer only has one chance for return one dress. Please be advised refund based on the dress returned,rush order fees and UPS/DHL shipping fees excluded. Buyer should return the dress within 3 days and email the track number to coral@coralsbridal.com. Dress must be no used, no washed. Buyer need to ship back the dress with original package by tackable way and provide the track number to us. The shipping fees of returning is on buyer's bill.  Please please be understanding that all dresses on coralsbridal.com you ordered are custom tailored according to your measurements. Before ordering, we encourage you to ask as more questions as possible. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. So Please be kindly aware that order few dresses and return all of them or return the rest of them after keep the best one you like best is unavailable.  

How Can I do if the dress is faulty, damaged or shipped in error?

Please email us the digital photo of the faulty or damage dress in question first. We will provide you with the solution of remaking or alterations .

Specials regarding the size issues of the dress:

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the size is correct when submitting the size details. The standard size may not be ok for you then you could choose custom size. We will be glad to custom made it for you without extra cost. But buyer has responsibility to provide correct measurements. Highly recommend to get your own measurements details by some one professional. 

We will double check the size before shipment to ensure the size is correct compared with the size details provided by buyer.

In some cases, dispute is due to the wrong size provided from buyer.

If size of the dress you received does not fit yourself, please check the actual size of the dress with the size details that you provided.

Anyway, no matter whose error is, if the size is really small or can't be used, please let us know, we will try our best to help you sort it out.

 

Whatever the reason it is, we would like to help you to sort out any issues even it's not the error of us. Just email us within 3 days upon the receiving the dress

How’s the quality of the dress?

 

·Coral’s Bridal uses at least 4 layers of fabrics to make bodice of wedding dress, 2 layers of heavy bridal satin and 2 layer of interlining. The bodice part of our dress are very firm. Coral’s Bridal adds 11 bones in bodice of most of bridal gowns, so the dress would always made you in good shape.

 

 

 

·We only use Japan beads and Czechic crystals, which won't not turn dark.

 

 

 

·All the beading works are stitched by hands, firmly and delicate

 

 

 

·Most of the dress comes with the built-in petticoat, which made of net.

 

 

 

·The zipper and buttons we used are in first quality. The following picture shows some zippers and button  from us.

 

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We prefer payment by PayPal, which takes great protect for buyers. Western Union and direct Band wire transfer are also welcomed. More payment information please click here .


How to choose the size? 

 

Either standard size  or custom size are welcomed! We would custom made the dress at your measurements without extra cost. Just submit your size details after order confirmed. If there’s some fluctuation in the size you need, we highly recommend to have the dress made with function lace up closure.


When should I order the wedding dress?

 

Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date if possible. We would like to suggest to order it 3 months before the wedding. By doing so, it affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

If you need it in rush, justcontact us  first. We will try our best to help you get it in time.

 

   Is the color of the picture display the same color as the dress?

 

Not always. Your monitor and color correction utilities may change the colors. Different brands, lighting in the room, and other variables can also make your eyes receiving different color information.

Can I get a discount on my gown?

Yes, contact  us for the discount if you order more 3 dresses at the same time.


Do you have more pictures of this dress?

 

That is all we have so far. We will upload the images of the dress once we have .


Can I change the color of the embroidery?

 

Sure. You have chance specify the color you like on any part of the dress. Jus give us your ideas when submitting the measurements.


Can you made the gown from the picture I provide?

 

Of course it’s available. Just feel free to send us the pictures of the dress you like at email address of  coral@coralsbridal.com.  We will get back you with the quota and design suggestion witinin one business day.  Please be ware we don't accept return and refund for custom made gowns.
