All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. We are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once the making of the dress has been STARTED. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
We rarely encounter faulty items - our items are inspected before listing, then again while packing for dispatch. All faulty items must be notified to us by email within 5 days of receipt of our products. We will respond with the solution of the case. Please keep all packaging materials if item is faulty & if products are damaged.
Clearance items are excluded from exchange or store credit - these items are listed at or below cost to clear.
